Hey, I’m Kit.

I'm a queer leadership coach based in Brooklyn. I work with queer professionals who are new to leadership and are trying to figure out how to show up as themselves.

I've spent over a decade in marketing, leading teams and building strategy for global organizations. That experience shapes how I coach — I understand what it actually feels like to navigate identity and performance in corporate spaces, because I've been doing it my whole career.

Outside of work I'm usually with my senior dog Finn, lifting weights, line dancing, or unsuccessfully trying to get better at crossword puzzles.
