You’re leading, but it doesn’t feel natural yet
As a queer professional, you've learned how to read the room and adapt. It's no surprise that leadership can feel like another role to perform.
Your real leadership style already exists. Let's discover it together.
What coaching actually is
Coaching is a partnership where I help you slow down, get out of your own head, and reconnect with what you actually think, feel, and want. When that clicks, the second guessing stops, decisions come more naturally, and you start showing up in your life and work in a way that finally feels like you.
This might be for you if
You just stepped into a leadership role and something about it isn't clicking
You feel like you're performing at work more than actually showing up
You want to lead in a way that feels true to who you actually are
You're leading like your manager because you're not sure what your own style looks like
You're tired of code-switching in order to feel accepted
Your leadership style already exists — you just haven't found it yet

Why I do this workThe gap I’m here to fill
I felt really lost when I moved into a leadership position. Not about the work itself, but about how to be myself in the role. A coach helped me figure it out — but my queer identity was never part of the conversation. My coach misgendered me more than once, and I kept having to decide session by session how much of myself to actually bring in.
That experience made me want to do this better. I'm building the practice I wish I'd had access to.
